Break threshold & search

Active time in Zoho CRM — a signal, not a timesheet. Excludes phone calls. Reflects the period you pick; ▲/▼ vs the previous equal period.

ⓘ What do these metrics mean?
CRM active hrs
Time actually working in Zoho — from their first to last action that day, minus any break longer than the gap setting. (Not phone calls, email, or field work.)
Time active %
Of the window between their first and last action, the share that was active rather than on a break.
Actions
Every logged action, exactly as Zoho's audit log records it — the same raw count Chris's report uses. One save can log several field edits, so this over-counts genuine tasks ~3×; read it as relative effort, not task count.
Customers touched
Distinct leads / contacts / records they worked on.
Gap > N min
The break threshold: a pause longer than N minutes counts as a break, not active time. Lower N = stricter.
Active vs break bar
Green = engaged in the CRM; grey = idle / break within their working window.
Active days
How many days in the period the person had genuine activity (out of every calendar day available) — catches erratic/absent patterns an average hides.
Trend / direction
This period's average vs the previous period (▲/▼). A sustained decline is the signal — not a single low day.
Activity watch
People down >15% in the selected period vs the previous equal period (e.g. this week vs last week) — a prompt to check in, read in context. If no one's down, it shows the biggest movers instead.

Default view is a rolling 4-week average (daily bars are texture). Every day is shown incl. weekends; break gap defaults to 30 min — matching Chris's report. Times shown in AEST.
